User
Groups
User groups are a great way to learn more about MFC and the products and
problems surrounding it. They are also good for networking yourself. Find one
in your area. If you can't find one, start one.
Rudi Breedenraedt in Brussels was kind enough to
send the following note about APCUG (the Association of Personal Computer User Groups).
Thanks, Rudi!
As foundator of a (Belgian) user group (not especially
for MFC but) for programmers I was very glad to see you
have the intention to pay attention to user groups that
could help people learning to use MFC.
In fact I'm writing you this mail to inform you about
the existence of the APCUG (Association of Personal
Computer User Groups), an American association of user
groups worldwide (but mostly US user groups).
You can find more information about the APCUG on:
http://www.apcug.org
They also maintain a list of worldwide user groups. Of
course, you'll have to check which UG's support MFC
programming, but maybe the APCUG could help you with
this...
