We know that a lot of you are consultants, but many are not -- and you don't want your employer browsing this site to find your name listed here. That's why we decided to make this an anonymous listing. Everyone gets an ID number, which provides a level of indirection: a potential employer can contact you via our server, but they won't know your email address or your name -- until you send your reply. Pretty clever.

For those of you who are consultants and do not want to be anonymous, we give you the ability to remove the anonymity, as well as being able to specify the URL of your home page, if you have one. If you don't have a home page of your own, we can host an on-line resume for you.
