AAJ NAMED BEST JAZZ SITE

All About Jazz was designated "Best Web Site" at the Sixth Annual Jazz Awards held last week at the Jazz Standard in New York. AAJ would like to thank the Jazz Journalists Association for the award, our readers for constantly spreading the word, and most importantly, our volunteer contributors and other supporters for their tireless dedication and supreme coolness. The award (a handsome 6 1/2 inch glass obelisk) will rest comfortably in the founder's office, right next to his beatnik bobblehead.
