Clicking this menu item invokes a sub-menu that lets you choose which talking "personality" you would like to hear for your chimes:

We offer several interesting voices and characterizations to make your day just a little more interesting. 

Unregistered users can use only the standard personality: changing personalities requires registration. 

The "Random" entry chooses a random voice each time the clock uses a voice chime. This keeps things interesting by providing a variety of voices throughout the day.
